Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to paid matrimonial services, subscriptions, profile listing services, franchise-related services, and other digital services provided by सूर्यवंशी मराठा वधू वर सूचक.

Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of a paid service by contacting us with payment details and registered account information. Once a subscription or digital matrimonial service is activated, cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service or plan.
  • Payment successfully debited but service not activated due to a technical issue confirmed by us or the payment gateway.
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a verified system error.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided after activation or usage of matrimonial services, including profile listing, contact access, search access, biodata sharing, franchise service activation, or plan validity usage. Refunds are also not provided for lack of responses, unsuccessful matches, user-provided incorrect information, profile rejection due to policy violation, or personal change of mind.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another mutually accepted method. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, or wallet provider, and may typically take 5 to 10 working days after approval.

Failed or Pending Payments

If an amount is debited but the transaction fails or remains pending, users should contact us with the transaction ID, payment date, amount, and registered mobile number. Such cases will be checked with the payment gateway before service activation or refund decision.
